Charges Against Pakistani Politician Upgraded To Murder In Death Of Toronto Woman

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan (CP) - The charge against a Pakistani minister who brought the lifeless body of a Canadian woman into an Islamabad hospital has been elevated to murder, Pakistani police told The Canadian Press on Thursday.
