City Hall: City To Get City-Building Advice

What does it take to build a great city? The planning and growth management committee in conjunction with the Toronto Economic Development Corporation has invited in Eric R. Kuhn of CivicArts, an international design consultancy in London, England to share his ideas. According to the press release, Kuhn “advocates creating mixed-use centres of excellence, connected to the city’s soul by understanding its culture, architecture, geography, customs and history… He analyzes our collective responsibility in redeeming the vitality of cities, and through examples of his projects worldwide presents his philosophy on city-building.”
